Committed Pig of the Month- April 2018
Spring is finally here (even though it may not feel like it) and we couldn’t be happier. And in celebration of the warmer weather to come, we’d like to honor another member of our amazing Committed Pig Family. Erin Edly was nominated by her manager, Jackie Benevento, who is fairly recent to the Manasquan location. Jackie previously worked in our Morristown restaurant as an assistant general manager and Erin helped make her transition to Manasquan an easy one.
Erin can always be counted on to do her job to the best of her ability. She started as a hostess at The Committed Pig and worked her way up to serving, soon proving herself as one of the top servers. She is an important part of the team, always willing to offer her valued opinion on ways to improve the restaurant or act as a helping hand in any adjustments Jackie thinks to make.
“All of the staff made the transition so easy for me, but after getting to know Erin and see how strong of a server she is I knew she was an employee I could really rely on,” expressed Jackie when talking about Erin’s character. “Her strong work ethic and overall kind heart is what made me ultimately know I could look to Erin for help in any situation.”
