7 Ways to Eat an Egg

Tired of typical scrambled eggs or asking for your eggs over easy? The good thing is, there are a million ways to keep this high source of protein in your life and incorporate eggs into your diet without getting bored. Let’s take a look.

  1. Quiche

Turn your eggs into a sort of baked custard while adding a few of your favorite ingredients such as spinach, ham, tomatoes, and more. The possibilities are endless and you are sure to impress your guests for a dinner party or delicious breakfast.

  1. Pizza

Go for a unique breakfast pizza with bacon, ham, green peppers, and a few sunny side up eggs to top it off!

  1. Stir-fry

It’s simple to make and delicious to taste. Add eggs to your rice stir-fry along with some of your other favored ingredients and enjoy a dish perfect for when you’re in need of leftovers throughout the week.

  1. Poached over Tomato Sauce

Add flavor and texture to your pasta dish by cracking one egg per serving of sauce as it simmers on the stove, and cover the pan with a lid. Once the eggs are poached (make sure those yolks are still runny), top each dish with some sauce and an egg.

  1. Open Face Sandwich

Fry an egg and add it to your favorite sandwich bread with an assortment of meats and veggies.

  1. Frittata

Cook your eggs into a dish with add-ins such as potatoes, chorizo, or spinach. This dish is also great for leftovers on hectic days.

  1. Slow-scrambled

This version of scrambled eggs is when you cook them very slowly until they are meltingly soft and custard like. This goes perfectly on some toast along with avocado, tomatoes, or other preferred toppings.
